SQL development Experience in MS SQL Server Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Ability to interact well with user base, development teams and other technical teams.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations with minimum direction.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

Experience developing in Reporting application, e.g. - SSRS.
Experience developing Power BI (reports and datasets).
Knowledge of dashboard/visualization and best practices.
Experience in Real Estate preferred.
BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
5+ years of BI / Analytics / Reports development experience.
