About the role
- Love ice cream, leading service events and being on the move?
- You'll serve as the on-duty leader during MooMobile events and regularly work inside our Sweet Cow shops as a valued team member, supporting exceptional service, hospitality, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute on the MooMobile - Deliver high-quality MooMobile experiences
- Lead MooMobileShifts - Coach, support, and inspire
Requirements
- Because this role includes driving our MooMobile, applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of active, licensed driving experience - this is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.
- ✔️ Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and scheduled truck events.
- Must be at least 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license required
Compensation
- Truck Lead role: $31.27 hr/avg ($16.27/hr + $15/hr average in tips)
- Shop Scooper role: $22.77 hr/avg) $16.27/hr + $6.50hr average in tips)
- 401(k) with 4% match
