About the role

  • This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, client-focused environment.
  • The firm's Founder and senior bankers are highly experienced investment bankers formerly with the financial technology, M&A, and investment banking groups of Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York, San Francisco, London, and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for desktop and end-user technical support in the New York office
  • Image, deploy, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations
  • Create and administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user accounts
  • Manage/administer enterprise AI (artificial intelligence) tools and platforms
  • Manage NTFS file permissions, security groups, and shared resources
  • Support conference room technology, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and AV equipment
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation
  • Deliver responsive, professional, white-glove technical support to employees at all levels of the organization
  • 1-3 years of IT support, desktop support, or systems administration experience
  • IT Support Engineer - FinTech Investment Banking

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
  • Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring Windows laptops
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Windows Server administration
  • PowerShell scripting
  • VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting
  • SonicWall and/or Meraki networking equipment
  • PKI / Certificate management
