Requirements

  • Wearing of Personnel Protective Equipment required, such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection, Hard Hats or other PPE dependent on job duties.

  • One Piece Card Operator The One Piece Card Operator will report to the shift Production Supervisor and will set up and run a One-Piece machine.
  • The One Piece Card Operator will identify, troubleshoot, and correct machine-related problems by adjusting various settings or parts of the machine.
  • Ensure the correct boxes and item box labels are being used.
  • Complete appropriate documentation (QC check sheet, daily time sheet).
  • Visually inspect materials before running on machine.
  • Basic machine operation to include set up, clean up, inspection, troubleshooting and decision making.
  • Start machines and notify supervisor to adjust machine settings for optimum performance.
  • Observe operation of machine to detect and correct machine malfunctions such as forming and appropriate seal.
