Responsibilities
- Own the messy, important problems that don't clearly belong to any one function
- Build the internal systems that keep Sazabi running (people ops, recruiting ops, finance ops, tooling, etc.)
- Design and implement lightweight processes that scale without slowing us down
- Jump into critical projects across hiring, GTM, product, and support
