Work closely with product engineering to bridge the gap between customer needs and product evolution, while occasionally supporting direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales expertise.
Follow established SDLC methodologies, create pristine design and testing documentation, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

The Foundation: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
The Domain Expertise: Deep foundational knowledge of core IAG concepts, specifically User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
