Responsibilities

  • Assess staff/facility needs and develop a comprehensive plan for the effective utilization of Volunteers.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, policies and procedures in compliance with HR and TJC standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applications as needed for office management.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • College level courses preferred.
  • 5 years related experience required and experience in volunteer management preferred.
  • Experience working with youth is highly preferred.
  • Work Experience: 2.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applications as needed for office management.
  • Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Working knowledge of applicable standards and legal issues regarding volunteer utilization.
