Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing, and competitive environment.
- A proven relentless passion for excellence.
- Must be able to quickly identify solutions to challenges and implement them in an expedited manner with no directive from manager.
- Ability to occasionally work after-hours and weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible supervision experience in the logistics industry and/or supply management.
- Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
- Experience with WMS and ERP type systems, including RF scanners and carrier shipping systems.
- Black belt or green belt certification desirable.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
Compensation
- $65k-$70k
