About the role

  • You'll generate pipeline through intelligent outbound, creative storytelling, and live event activation.
  • You'll be the first person many prospects meet - online and in person - and your energy will set the tone for how the world experiences Spur.

Responsibilities

  • A) Lead Generation & Outbound
  • Build multi-touch sequences across email, LinkedIn, and Slack Connect to book high-quality meetings.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and hand off to AEs with crisp context.
  • Partner with marketing on pre-event campaigns for conferences like ShopTalk and NRF.

Requirements

  • Have 0-2 years of experience in SDR, growth, or creator-led marketing roles.
