About the role
- In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites.
- This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Perform talent interviews
- Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.
Requirements
- MS Office proficiency
- Prior recruiting experience is not required.
Skills
- Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.
Compensation
- $22.87 - 26.63 an hour
