About the role

- California Autism Center seeks a high-level behavior technician to join our Fresno team as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Under a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) supervision, Clinical Supervisor's assist with designing and implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for individuals on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Supports the writing of clinical reports to funding agencies and other high-level supervision requirements as appropriate and necessary based on the client's service contract.
Requirements
- Two years of ABA experience and a bachelor's degree or one year of ABA experience and 12 completed units of ABA graduate coursework

Nice to have
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience training technician with some high-level supervision experience
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- CPR and First Aid Certified
Compensation
- Full compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.
