About the role

  • You'll be a core player in our recruitment engine, spending your days reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (8-10 on busy days), and partnering with hiring managers to ensure that every candidate experience reflects our brand, energy, and values.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and hire exceptional people - lead full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews and offers, matching great people with roles where they thrive.
  • Own and improve the interview experience across departments.
  • Use data to drive better hiring, leveraging tools and analytics to continuously improve
  • Developing talent pipelines and passive candidate outreach strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
  • Experience using common Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset.
  • Tech savviness with both common software programs and AI tools is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of recruitment while keeping quality top of mind.
  • Formal HR education or designation is a bonus, not a requirement.
