About the role

  • This role is critical in ensuring the safety of all team members and maintaining efficient material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation processes.
  • Additionally, you will be a technical resource for the team, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to ERU policies.
  • You will be onsite at the Circleville, OH plant and will report to the Manager Energy Recovery Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shift personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations of the ERU kiln and related systems.
  • Implement ERU policies, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership to the shift team.
  • Be the technical resource to support ERU personnel.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Boiler operator's license from the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain).
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance, production, or related fields.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
