Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the organization's brand strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling expression across all channels and touchpoints.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen brand equity, deepen community connection, and reinforce market differentiation. ●
- Drive full-funnel growth across a diverse mix of digital and traditional channels, optimizing acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner across the organization to continuously enhance digital experiences and scale performance through modern marketing capabilities. ●
- Own and build lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver personalized, relevant experiences across every stage of the member journey by leveraging data, automation, and AI.
- Drive increased engagement, retention, and long-term member value through more sophisticated segmentation and orchestration. ●
- Lead the advancement of data, analytics, and marketing technology capabilities, embedding AI and data-driven experimentation into how marketing decisions are made.
