About the role

- You will be the technical face of Observability in front of prospects, the voice of the US market back to the product team in Europe, and the person who turns early traction into a repeatable motion.
Responsibilities
- Own Observability's market development in the Americas: target accounts, demos, technical pre-sales, and proof-of-value engagements
Requirements
- You are the product expert in the room.
- Track record of turning customer conversations into product decisions
- Experience launching a new product or category into an existing customer base

Skills
- Two or more OEM or embed partnerships signed
- Field insights feeding a quarterly product roadmap the engineering team trusts
- Field Product Management, Observability, Go-To-Market, Technical Pre-Sales, AI-Driven Workflows, Thought Leadership
- Innovations include the first commercial HTML5 MPEG-DASH.

- What success looks like at 12 months
- Source and shape OEM and embed partnerships that put Observability in front of new audiences
- Translate customer signal into prioritized roadmap input for the engineering team in Europe
- Represent Observability externally at conferences, in webinars, and through written thought leadership
- Use AI tooling in your day-to-day (demo prep, account research, competitive teardowns) to move faster than a traditional field PM
- What can you bring
- 3+ years in a field-facing role: Field PM, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical PMM
Compensation
- $25k-$30k
