About the role

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

The Executive Casino Host creates and delivers a world class gaming and entertainment experience for our casino guests at Rio Las Vegas.
Develop and sustain relationships with casino guests.
Partners with other members of the Casino Marketing team and with other departments to identify VIP guests.
Maintain confidentiality of both guest information and the integrity of Rio database information.
Maintains a working knowledge of casino facility, as well as current and upcoming special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees, whenever possible.

Possess a deep knowledge of gaming systems and the hospitality/gaming business.
Ability to foster relationships effectively through email, telephone, in-person, & group communication.
Ability to define problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and resolve any issues.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, or regulatory agencies.
Demonstrates an ability to improve operational processes and efficiencies.
Ability to effectively present information to top management
Must be at least 21 years old.
Performs other related duties as assigned/required.

At least two years' experience in a casino host role.
Proficient with IGT/Patron Management systems, Opera, Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of multiple languages highly desired.
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
