You'll counsel the team directly, including drafting and negotiating documents, while also supervising outside counsel when necessary.
Outstanding judgment is of great importance, as is a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in support of highly complex transactions.

You'll be responsible for advising DESRI on a wide range of transactions including project acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and other transactional matters throughout a project's lifecycle.
Candidates should have an impressive record of academic achievement and at least three years of corporate law/transactional experience, including managing deals and advising clients directly.
Excellent analytical abilities, superb communication and organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail are all essential, as is a deep interest in exploring and mastering new areas of the law.
