About the role
- About Glide GLIDE is a nationally recognized center for social justice, dedicated to fighting systemic injustices, creating pathways out of poverty and crisis, and transforming lives.

- The role serves as a connector linking families to the FRC and other Glide and external services.
Responsibilities
- Ability to drive Glide vehicle.

- Must be able to drive Glide vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in family services with children and parents.
- Training or experience in Family Centered Coaching, strengths based coaching, or related family models.
- Training or experience in trauma informed care
- Understanding of family systems, early childhood development, and parent-child relationships.
- Experienced at engaging in reflective practice, receiving feedback, and adapting approaches based on family readiness and context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using MS Office suite
