About the role
- The Twitch legal team is looking for an experienced person for the role of Contracts Manager.
- You can work from San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA.
- Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance.
- Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied.
- You will provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
- 3+ years of experience navigating commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space
- Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Twitch, including esports / gaming, UGC services, and digital media business trends

- Strong communication and analytical skills
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is listed below.
- US, WA, Seattle - Annually
- $82,700 - $133,000 USD
- US, CA, San Francisco - Annually
- $83,600 - $146,300 USD
- US, CA, Los Angeles - Annually
- $76,000 - $133,000 USD
