Responsibilities
- About the job: Provide direct administrative and office management support to senior managerial and technical executives, as directed.
Requirements
- Refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as required.
- Some personal assistant duties as required (lunches, errands).
- Other duties shall be assigned as required.
- About the ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
- Three or more years of experience in an administration role supporting the work of upper management.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Fast learner and keen attention to details.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Minute taking, and tracking meetings resolutions.

- Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and other related duties.
