About the role

SUMMARY At Magnolia, the Waitstaff is responsible for creating the Magnolia Table experience for guests by providing prompt service, delivering quality products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
This position ensures the highest level of customer care for guests by providing exceptional service and assistance.
This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas.

Ability to proactively understand and meet guest needs, ensuring a personalized and guest-centric experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit

Proficiency in Toast preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
0-1 years of related work experience preferred
Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire
Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
