Responsibilities
- Building financial models to evaluate financing impact to returns
- Coordinating due diligence and KYC with internal teams and external partners
- Developing new lender and broker relationships
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, brokerage, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related discipline
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems creatively
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization skills in PowerPoint
Compensation
- It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based non-exempt position will $150,000.
