About the role

  • You will operate as a senior technical leader across business systems architecture, balancing strategic vision with hands-on technical depth.
  • Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for GTM systems and enterprise business platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable architectures across CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, support, customer success, analytics, and automation ecosystems
  • Own enterprise integration patterns between Salesforce and internal/external platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-native workflows, automation agents, and intelligent orchestration capabilities.
  • Drive technical modernization and platform consolidation initiatives
  • Support vendor evaluations and build-vs-buy technical assessments
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce architecture and enterprise platform design
  • Lead AI and agentic systems strategy across GTM workflows and business operations.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Data, and Enterprise Applications teams on APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, CRM platforms, or GTM technology ecosystems
  • Strong experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, and distributed systems

Skills

  • Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and platform best practices

Compensation

  • $195k-$280k
