About the role
- The Systematic business is comprised of both internal and external investment teams.
- The Systematic COO (SCOO) team is the key interface between these teams and the services Schonfeld supplies- the aim is to accelerate and multiply PM performance by continually improving our platform of services and facilitating our PM-teams' use of them.
- This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong executional acumen, capable of driving innovation and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Analysts.
- Manage data across investment teams, encompassing personnel, expenses, and more.
- Promote and maintain a unified, seamless approach for all PMs on the platform.
- Contribute to the design, management, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across risk, valuation systems and the execution platform.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

- The base pay for this role is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000.
