Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other functional partners and businesses to ensure appropriate awareness and escalation of issues

Requirements
- The ideal hire should have minimum of 4 years' experience at a financial institution with additional experience at a top-tier law firm.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrable ability to produce quality work product in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
- Ability to apply traditional financial legal concepts within the crypto space to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and uncommon
- Over 6+ years of transactional experience reviewing various financial transaction agreements, primarily ISDA/CSAs, trade confirmations and prime brokerage agreements
- Experience traditional financial markets, preferable experience at a sell side bank supporting derivative desks
- Ability to think creatively and propose commercially pragmatic solutions;
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the regulatory treatment of digital assets
- Minimum of 2+ years at a top tier law firm
Compensation
- $200,000 - $250,000 USD
