Responsibilities
- We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for Paraform.
- You'll manage an existing team of account executives and be responsible for hiring more account executives to our growing sales team.
- Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, this is an opportunity to build the foundational processes and behaviors for scaling the sales team.
- That's why we treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, not vendors, and build the financial, operational, and technical infrastructure that powers their success.
Requirements
- Foundational 5-8 years as an IC in sales with 2+ years of experience as a top performing Sales Manager at high-growth SaaS or Marketplace startups managing AEs that self-source >20% of their own deals.
- Top performer - track record of top sales performance as an IC and manager: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
