The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will report to VP, Performance Marketing.
Where: - This role will be based in the US.

Earnest empowers ambitious professionals to make confident financial decisions and build the life they envision.
Set the roadmap and execute hands-on campaigns across a meaningful portion of the customer journey to directly drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell.
Independently design, size, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to maximize impact and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Lead across the organization by partnering seamlessly with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to build robust measurement models (incrementality, attribution) and ship flawlessly at speed.

6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset
specific channel background matters less than your ability to connect programs to business outcomes, forecast, and master the tech stack quickly.
A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math (or equivalent experience) that proves you naturally think in numbers, build your own reporting, and understand the nuances of attribution.
Ability to form a sharp, evidence-backed perspective on audience, creative, messaging, and timing, with the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary based on the roles location.
The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location and budget.
This range may be modified in the future.
$140,000 - $175,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and equity.
