Responsibilities

  • Earnest empowers ambitious professionals to make confident financial decisions and build the life they envision.
  • Set the roadmap and execute hands-on campaigns across a meaningful portion of the customer journey to directly drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Independently design, size, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to maximize impact and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead across the organization by partnering seamlessly with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to build robust measurement models (incrementality, attribution) and ship flawlessly at speed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset
  • specific channel background matters less than your ability to connect programs to business outcomes, forecast, and master the tech stack quickly.
  • A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math (or equivalent experience) that proves you naturally think in numbers, build your own reporting, and understand the nuances of attribution.
  • Ability to form a sharp, evidence-backed perspective on audience, creative, messaging, and timing, with the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation

  • We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary based on the roles location.
  • The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location and budget.
  • This range may be modified in the future.
  • $140,000 - $175,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and equity.
