Responsibilities

  • This involves architecting secure infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and backend services (Go, Python, PostgresDB), while also building the frontend interfaces (React, TS) to support features.
  • Developer Experience: Create the internal platforms and dashboards that improve developer velocity, reliability, and observability across the entire organization.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment where you handled multi-functional responsibilities (Dev, PM, and Design).
  • This customer-centric model allows Instabase to glean insights from diverse use cases and behaviors, ensuring we deliver top-tier solutions that provide unmatched advantages for everyday business operations.
  • As a Fullstack Software Engineer in our Core Services team, you'll design, build, and optimize the core systems and management platforms that power the Instabase platform.
  • from writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and building the high-performance backend services and scalable infrastructure that support them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in CS fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Go and Python, with a deep understanding of building scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for building complex, data-rich web applications.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgresDB.
  • Backend Expertise: Proficiency in Go and Python, with a deep understanding of building scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for building complex, data-rich web applications.
  • Infrastructure & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
