Requirements
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Be familiar with Florida estate administration
- Have some tax experience, or experience dealing with the IRS
- Excel in a team environment and be highly motivated, proactive, self-starter
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have excellent law school credentials and references
- Ice Miller is seeking an associate to join its Trusts & Estates Section of our Business Group in the Naples office.
- Candidates with at least 3 (three) to 5 (five) years of estate planning experience preferred.
- The attorney will work on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate litigation.
