About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring projects remain organized, documented, compliant, and on schedule from pre-construction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Project Administration & Coordination Provide day-to-day support to Director of Construction and field teams across multiple projects.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.
- Construction Documentation & Compliance Manage project filing systems and ensure documentation is complete, current, and audit-ready.
- Support contract administration, including vendor onboarding, insurance compliance, lien waivers, and subcontractor documentation.
- Financial & Procurement Support Assist with procurement activities, bid documentation, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Support invoice review and processing, payment tracking, and budget reporting.
- Maintain accurate project cost records and assist with forecasting and reporting activities.
- Project Controls & Reporting Monitor project schedules and support updates to construction timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, project administration, project engineering, or a related construction management role.
- Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, documentation, and project controls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Experience supporting projects across multiple geographic markets.
- Experience with construction management platforms such as Yardi, Procore, Buildertrend, Autodesk Construction Cloud, PlanGrid, or similar systems.
Compensation
- $100,000-$115,000 + Benefits
