Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing processes including deburring, drilling, CNC and cold forming, riveting, dimpling, resistance welding, grinding, sanding, blasting, and other production operations.
  • Quality & Production Support
  • Support manufacturing, production, and shop activities while contributing to team productivity and operational goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment that supports quality manufacturing and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with fellow manufacturing technicians, quality inspectors, and leadership to meet production schedules while maintaining Alpine Aerotech's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail that supports Alpine Aerotech's reputation for manufacturing excellence.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and manufacturing skills while supporting improvements to processes, equipment, and production methods.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, mechanical, aerospace, or production experience is considered an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, technical instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

  • Sick leave incentive: 10 days per year—any unused time is paid out annually.
