About the role

  • Dealership: L0771 Lexus of Orange County Lexus of Orange County NOW HIRING Automotive Technicians!

Responsibilities

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
  • Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
  • Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools

  • Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a dealership or private repair shop
  • Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics

Compensation

  • $18-30+ per hour, based on experience

  • This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
