- Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly.
- Be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting.
- Dispatch fleet response crews in the event a vehicle needs to be recovered and coordinate with other cross-functional teams for updates.
- Assist with documentation and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive mindset and resourcefulness Computer literacy proficiency Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
