About the role

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including:
Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis in highly customized SAP environments
- Hands-on problem solver, not just an implementation lead or architect
- Strong experience in support environments, not only project delivery
- Able to own issues end-to-end
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on FICO, particularly Controlling (CO)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, including ability to debug complex issues
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Asset Accounting (with understanding of financial impact)
- ABAP debugging or strong collaboration with development teams
- Experience in global or multi-country SAP environments
- Comfortable working in complex, highly customized SAP landscapes
- Strong client-facing presence, with clear and structured communication
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
