Responsibilities
- Manage, grow, and coach your team of Technical Deployment Specialists
- Design and evolve the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to integration, configuration, and go-live
Requirements
- You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into operational details.
- You bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders with confidence and clarity, and you have the leadership track record to back it up.
- You have defined and implemented a deployment methodology that is repeatable, scalable, and raises the standard across every customer engagement
- You are consistently reducing deployment time and improving customer satisfaction through process improvements and hands-on leadership
- You are growing the next generation of technical leaders within your team, creating career paths and development opportunities that retain top talent
Skills
- 8+ years leading and managing teams of at least 5-10 people in a high-growth, cross-functional startup or scale-up environment
- Deep technical expertise across APIs, data architecture, integrations, and automation
- Strong project management skills, able to run multiple large-scale engagements in parallel without losing detail or momentum
- An excellent communicator who translates fluently between commercial and technical audiences at every level
- A hands-on leader who resolves escalations, trains the team, and joins high-risk go-lives rather than managing from a distance
Compensation
- The OTE (base + variable) salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
- Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
