About the role
- The Senior Machine Maintenance Technician works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to maximize the reliability, uptime, and performance of CNC machining and production equipment.
- This role serves as a technical leader within the maintenance organization by troubleshooting complex machine issues, mentoring junior technicians, and driving preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives.
- The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, extensive experience maintaining CNC equipment, and thrives in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.
