- Proficiency in using testing equipment and understanding of quality control principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Able to read blueprints/GD&T Drawings
- Self-motivated and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, engineering technology, renewable energy) is preferred.
