About the role
- The Receptionist will be the welcoming face of the Betterment office, as the first person people see when they come in.
- This individual will bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the Betterment office, as well as willingness to be proactive and take initiative on anything they see that needs to be done around the office.
- They will work to ensure a positive experience for all Betterment employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Open, maintain, and close down the reception area and ensuring organization at all times

- Perform other administrative tasks and assist with company events, as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role required
- Punctuality and the ability to be in-office five days a week
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
- This role is required to be in the office 5 days per week..
