Responsibilities
- Communication and contracting with third-party supplier partners
- Develop service team; hire service team members
- Organized, dependable, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize work orders, oversee make-ready schedules, maintain property standard

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in an apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Regular inspection of property to ensure required maintenance and repairs are completed
Compensation
- $27 - $30/per hour
