About the role
- Success here looks like production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and eval-driven feedback that shapes our product and model roadmaps.
- You'll work hand in hand with our Product, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.
- When not traveling (~50%), the team works from our NYC office on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, from first prototype to stable production
- Build full-stack systems that deliver real customer value and sharpen how we learn
- Embed closely with MSP and end-customer teams to understand their needs and guide adoption of what you build
- Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, and building blocks others can reuse
- Hands-on experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models - and an understanding of how model behavior shapes product experience
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work
- A track record of scoping and delivering complex projects in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Experience writing or maintaining customer-facing documentation
- Have proficiency in Python or familiarity with AI tools and complex software
- Experience using coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, etc.
- Ability to contribute directly in the codebase when progress or clarity depends on it
- Familiarity with incident management and on-call rotation practices
