About the role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting team and the candidates moving through our hiring process.
This role will serve as a face of the Ovative brand from the very first candidate touchpoint, partner closely with Sr.
Recruiters on day-to-day recruiting operations, and actively look for ways to make our process smarter - using AI, automation, and a proactive mindset to eliminate friction and drive efficiency across our recruiting workflows.

Maintain an excellent candidate experience that reflects Ovative values and our inclusive culture.
Partner with Sr. Recruiters and TS leadership on offer letter prep, and pre-onboarding logistics.
Support university/early talent and other volume pipelines as needed (campaigns, events, logistics, follow-up).
Help create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and quick-reference guides for new processes and tools.

Experience using Excel/Sheets or similar tools for basic tracking, reporting, or analysis

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.

For this entry-level Analyst position, the base salary is $60,000.
In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary ($6,000).
