About the role
- The Change Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end delivery of business systems and technology initiatives-from early discovery and business case development through requirements, build, testing, release, and post-launch hypercare. You will enable and direct cross-functional, multi-discipline squads, manage delivery plans and risks, and ensure stakeholders are prepared for successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Hybrid candidates must be located near Alpharetta, GA and able to work from the office at least once per week (typical in-office day is Wednesday, subject to change).
- The Change Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end delivery of business systems and technology initiatives-from early discovery and business case development through requirements, build, testing, release, and post-launch hypercare.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems and technology initiatives, from business case and discovery through release and hypercare.
- Create and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, milestones, and dependency maps
- proactively remove blockers and manage trade-offs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Business Analysts, QA, Operations, Support) to deliver value in a predictable cadence.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and success measures
- Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness assessments, and adoption support.
- Support release planning and execution, including cutover planning, go/no-go checkpoints, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Create and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, milestones, and dependency maps; proactively remove blockers and manage trade-offs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and success measures; ensure alignment on scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an end-to-end project/program delivery role (technology and/or business systems), with accountability from initiation through adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate technical progress into business impact.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications, Lean Six Sigma), or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Compensation
- Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
- $104,900 - $174,700.
