About the role
- The Payroll Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across a multi-state workforce.
Responsibilities
- This position provides hands-on payroll processing, supervises payroll staff, and delivers analytical insight to support payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate payroll operations for approximately 2,700 employees across 30 states, including managing 12 pay groups on a bi-weekly schedule
- Partner with HRIS, HR, and IT to manage payroll configuration, reporting, and system enhancements
- Support audits, reconciliations, and controls to maintain payroll accuracy and integrity
- Develop and implement process improvements and standard procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
