About the role
- We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support key accounting operations and serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense activities.
- This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial close processes, support system transformation initiatives including Oracle Fusion migration activities, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple finance functions.
- The successful candidate will help ensure accurate financial reporting while delivering excellent support to employees and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Support employees with expense reports and corporate card matters, including policy questions, payment issues, and outstanding transactions.
- Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audit requests and participate in ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements
- Experience supporting accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and general accounting processes.
Compensation
- $53,900 - $89,800.
- Prepare and post timely and accurate journal entries as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
