About the role

This person does not need specialized experience in strategy, but should be capable of producing strong first drafts, coordinating projects, managing requests, and moving work forward efficiently.
This role will be posted until 2p ET on July 23.

Support execution of marketing and communications projects across multiple teams and initiatives
Develop first drafts of marketing copy, toolkits, presentations, and support materials
Adapt and work within existing design templates and brand systems
Support miscellaneous marketing and communications needs as priorities shift
The Phoenix is seeking a highly organized marketing coordinator to support day-to-day execution across a variety of marketing and communications initiatives.

2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related roles (internships count!)
Comfort managing overlapping priorities and requests
Experience working within brand templates and lightweight creative systems (i.e., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PPT/Slides/Keynote)
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
Experience supporting nonprofit, community, events, or mission-driven organizations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Work in our Boston office (54 Newmarket Square) approximately one day a week
Lived experience as a peer in recovery
Familiarity with marketing asset coordination and cross-functional project support
Content capture and/or social media skills/experience
