Responsibilities

  • MISSION To own the technical capture of The Diary of a CEO - the picture and sound of every recording, anywhere in the world.
  • This person leads the crew who deliver it, so that every episode is captured flawlessly, at the show's elite technical and editorial standard, with zero unforced errors.
  • Freelance technical crew, wherever they are hired, deliver to the DOAC standard under clear direction.
  • Technical Capture & Floor Execution Own the picture and sound of every recording, operating as DP, Technical Director, and Audio Mixer across DOAC's multi-camera setup.
  • Crew Leadership & Quality Bar Build and direct freelance technical crew across camera, technical direction, sound, and specialist roles, holding the craft standard on who works on DOAC.

  • Run the camera package personally, covering lighting, framing, exposure, and look, and direct camera operators to the DOAC standard.
  • Operate the switcher and the live multi-camera cut, managing ISO records and multi-format delivery.
