About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume hiring pipelines while maintaining candidate quality standards
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Support and adhere to all Talent Acquisition SOP's outlined by Corporate HR
- Establish and maintain world class levels of service for hiring teams.
- Partner with supervisors to ensure smooth onboarding and training alignment
- HR Administrative Support
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Support payroll processing by verifying new hire and status change information
- Employee Relations Support
- Support disciplinary documentation and performance management processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in high volume recruiting, HR administration, or talent acquisition
- All communications, inquiries and candidate submissions must be routed through Victaulic's Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team.
- Minimum
Nice to have
- Minimum - Associate's (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
- Associate's (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Skills
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, formatting)
- Familiarity with multi-state employment practices is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Clear, professional communication with a strong customer service focus
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently
- High level of attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
