As a senior member of this team, you will play a critical role in: Designing the architecture of a system that is elegant today and will scale in the future.
Making foundational technical decisions that will define how Gem's ATS evolves for years to come.

Day-to-Day Own product features end-to-end, from ideation to implementation.
Build and scale user-facing features with Typescript, React, Python, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
You prioritize technical quality, building reliable and scalable systems.

The annual cash compensation range for this position is $190,000-$260,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits.

For two years, we've been building our ATS architecture from the ground up, working closely with top companies to design a modern, AI-powered system that reimagines how recruiting teams operate.
