About the role

  • You will have P&L ownership, delivering the growth and profitability targets for the Brazilian market.
  • You will seek to establish TTS as the leading product/service for sending remittances to Brazil, whilst being the "face" of the market both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team on the ground to execute within collaboratively aligned timelines
  • Manage every aspect of growth across the sending countries: customer acquisition and retention strategy, pricing, user rein-search, product quality, customer experience, team development and coaching
  • Hire, inspire, develop and retain top, diverse talent
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders including the Customer Service, Finance, Tech, Legal, Financial Crime, Compliance, People Ops and more
  • Build trust-based relationships with diaspora communities and commercial partners in the Brazil to increase brand awareness and unlock growth and unit economics improvements

Requirements

  • 7 to 15 years experience in a fast paced and high growth-environment such as startups, operations, consulting, finance, or similar
  • Bachelors or Advanced degree
  • Mission-Oriented - you are passionate about working with immigrant communities and/or financial inclusion
  • Organized - you have a system for how you approach your work that can keep you on track in a scrappy startup environment

Nice to have

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with pulling and presenting insights from data using Excel / Google suite.
  • SQL, Python, R is a plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • other languages is a plus
