Responsibilities
- Support all daily activities related to Tasting Room operations, including general stocking and cleaning, tours, weekend lounge execution, outreach, and cooperation with all departments
- Perform monitoring and stocking duties as assigned
- Assist in developing a list of 50,000 non-Wine Society members for marketing by contributing innovative ideas to gather email addresses
Requirements
- All bar areas must be clear of unnecessary POS materials, flyers, etc.
- The shared desk area must be clear and available for employees to use as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, tasting room, or wine service environment required
- Proven ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work quickly in a high-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members at all levels
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Must be able to perform basic calculations such as adding, subtracting, and dividing
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
